Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we offer free shipping on orders over €50.
For orders under €50, shipping costs are €6.49 (NL) and €8.49 (BE).
For other European countries and shipments outside Europe, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
We ship within the EU with DHL and to countries outside the EU with UPS.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days.
There are two ways to return an item:

Using your own shipping method (you choose the carrier yourself).
- Using a return label that we create for you. For this, please email klantenservice@justbeach.nl.
You will then receive the return label by email. The costs of €6.00 (NL) and €8.00 (BE) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Free size exchange
Is the size not right? You can exchange the item for a different size free of charge. Send us an email and we'll be happy to help you further.
